The Challenge

A digital partner and ongoing support

In 1915, Pickerington Library became the smallest community to qualify as a Carnegie Library. Their mission has always been to inspire knowledge, connect communities, and enrich the world we live in. Today, the library is a modern 2,280 sq. ft. building with plenty of amenities for any avid book reader. The library includes a computer lab with 18 computers, Internet access, and Microsoft Office products for public use. They also offer a wealth of digital resources available free to library cardholders through their eBranch. The library is committed to providing library services that support library members in efforts “…to know, understand and enjoy the world.”

With this commitment, Pickerington Library was in need of a digital partner to help amplify their impact.

The Process

Performance improvements and more

We partnered with Pickerington Library through an ongoing support engagement. We’ve really enjoyed working with them on several different projects. We did a complete audit of their site and made quite a few significant performance improvements along with some design updates. We’ve set them up with reliable hosting, and we currently handle their ongoing support.
