Thanksgiving speech!

Have you thought about your Thanksgiving toast and speech?

Notebook and pencil to write down what we are thankful for.

The holiday season is upon us, and we here at Buckeye Interactive have so much to be thankful for.

Specifically, we are very thankful for our clients and community partners. You give us purpose and allow us to fulfill our passion. There is nothing better than that!

Read on to find out what each Buckeye Interactive team member is thankful for.

Brad Griffith: I’m thankful for a great support system that has enabled me to live and work with purpose and intentionality without worrying about my safety, comfort, and belonging. My family, friends, co-workers, and even the New Albany community make me feel welcome, loved, and supported. Not everyone is fortunate to have the amount of support I do, and I don’t take that blessing for granted–I appreciate it every day.

Paul Tela: I often take for granted the support that I receive through my family and friends. With Thanksgiving approaching, I am reminded of just how important these relationships are to me.  In addition to the people in my life, I am grateful for the many opportunities I have had throughout the year to learn and grow.

Scott Brady: I am thankful for my incredibly supportive and loving family. No matter what any one of us is going through, we know we can count on the rest of the family to be there and I am so thankful for that. I’m also thankful that I get to spend so much time with my little niece and nephew; they are the absolute best!

Taylor Cochran: I’m thankful to be back in Ohio, closer to family. Especially at a time when we are preparing to welcome my parent’s first grandchild. I’m also more and more thankful for the years I spent exploring cities outside Ohio and the friendships I developed and experiences I had during that time.

Lorraine Shill:  I am most thankful for my family and our health.  Even though we live far away from each other, our hearts are always connected.  I’m thankful for my job and awesome co-workers (not just saying that here, haha!).  I am also thankful for the life-long friendships I have. I’m blessed to have a number of friends who I’ve known for years who are basically my family.

Tony Todoroff: I am thankful for my wife more than anything. She has stuck with me through thick and thin and I couldn’t imagine a happy or fulfilling life without her. I am also very thankful for the recovery my dad has had since his surprise heart attack this past June. Finally (last thing, I promise!), I am very thankful for my furry babies, Reggie and Marty. When life has me down, those two always know how to help me feel loved and happy.

Tosha Studmire: I am thankful for my family who also happens to be my very good friends. They value, support, encourage, and protect me. Just like family and friends should. I am also deeply grateful for those who fight for justice and equality. You make our world a better place to live in. Finally, I am thankful for inspiration, for health, for peace, for opportunity, for joy, for love, for grit, and of course, for the grind.

Mil Mijatovic: I am thankful for the overwhelming support I’ve received from everybody as this last semester comes to a close. It has been the most difficult, most stressful, but I’ve felt so much love from my family and friends, from co-workers, from professors, and from strangers. It has been wonderfully humbling and eye-opening. I wouldn’t be able to do any of this half as happy as I am without all of the amazing people in my life. Also, I’m extremely grateful for poetry; I don’t know how I’d live without it.

With that in mind, what do you find you are most grateful for?

It is our sincerest wish that you have a happy and joyful holiday season and that you are able to spend it with those you love.

Warmly,

The Buckeye Interactive Team
