Bringing Social Media ‘Back to Basics’ with 101 Workshop

In the age of information technology every other week there seems to be a new gadget, gizmo, or app designed to make your life easier, faster, and more efficient. In an effort to simplify the onslaught of technological options related to social media, Buckeye Interactive’s Interactive Marketing Coordinator, Sarah Davis, is offering a workshop that will cover the foundation of Social Media.

 

Designed for people and businesses in need of updating or even creating a virtual presence, Social Media 101 will explore the four useful social media applications: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and blogging.  The workshop intends to answer such questions as “What is social media?; Why does my business need social media?; and how does social media differ from traditional media?” Register to attend this workshop here.
