The Challenge

An asset for area businesses

Incorporated in 1869 with a population of 280, the City of Hilliard has now expanded into approximately 36,936 residents. As one of our support clients, the City of Hilliard approached us with the idea of expanding their Economic Development page into a microsite. They discovered the original page was being overlooked by the community. This meant people were not easily finding the information they needed. Knowing the City of Hilliard is constantly growing, we wanted to create a site that would support their growth and highlight why Hilliard is the place to do business. Our end goal was to produce a site the Economic Development department could use to become a stronger asset for new and existing businesses in the area.

The Process

Site building and training

For the microsite build, our team used Elementor because of its easy-to-use features and buildable templates. To ensure the site was sustainable for the department, we provided them with personalized training on managing their pages.

The Impact

Creating site sustainability for future growth

In the long run, the City of Hilliard can easily build on and update their microsite. They now have a sustainable site that can grow as they grow.
